Terms of Use

Welcome to Bella Wedding Planner ("Bella," "we," "us," or "our"), a service operated by Bella Wedding Planner, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company. By accessing or using our website, mobile experiences, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update it as needed.

3. Roles and Use of the Service

Bella supports brides, vendors, and family members ("moms"). Brides retain ultimate decision-making authority over their wedding plans, vendor selection, and timeline. Vendors may submit bids and proposals, and family members may view and suggest, but have no authority to commit on behalf of the bride.

4. Fees

The Service is free for brides and vendors. Family member access may require a one-time fee, which will be disclosed prior to purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). You grant Bella Wedding Planner, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) violate any law; (b) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; (c) upload malware or attempt to compromise the Service; (d) harass other users; or (e) use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

7. Vendor Bids and Bookings

Bella facilitates introductions between brides and vendors but is not a party to any agreement between them. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of vendor services. All contracts are solely between the bride and the vendor.

8. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Google (sign-in and Calendar), Stripe (payments), and our email delivery provider. Google Sign-In and Google Calendar sync are optional. If you connect them, you authorize Bella to access your Google account information and calendar events solely for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, and your use of those services is also governed by Google's own terms and policies. You may disconnect at any time in Settings. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or changes to third-party services, or for any loss arising from their interruption.

Affiliate links and retail purchases. Bella participates in affiliate advertising programs, including the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. Registry gift links may be affiliate links, and Bella may earn a commission when a guest buys through one — at no additional cost to you or your guests. As an Amazon Associate, Bella earns from qualifying purchases. Bella is not the seller of any linked product: the retailer sets price, availability, taxes, shipping, returns, and customer service, and all purchases are contracts between you and that retailer. Prices and availability shown on Bella are cached snapshots accurate only as of the time indicated and may change; the price displayed by the retailer at checkout governs. 9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, logos, and content (other than User Content), is owned by Bella Wedding Planner, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BELLA WEDDING PLANNER, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bella Wedding Planner, LLC, its officers, members, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
